The first time I saw someone do this general position, a hitachi was strategically nestled right in the bottom set of ropes under her thighs. What was particularly wonderful about it was the couple doing the suspension was easily over their 60s. The scene was impressive and a joy to watch, as their loving dynamic was plain to see.
